Cosmetic appointments begin October 19. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–noon and 1–5 PM Eastern. You’ll continue to Panova for phone verification and scheduling. If no suitable appointment is available, call (724) 252-8372.

New patients

Use Warmspoken’s registration link to join the practice without waiting for an invitation. Panova will ask you to verify your phone number before you continue.

Review insurance and payment information before arranging a visit. Cosmetic scheduling is open. Primary care start dates will roll out as payer contracts and effective dates are confirmed; call the practice for current availability and guidance for your specific plan.
